5 Powerful Skincare Hacks for your 30's

Hola my angels! Hope you'll are doing fab and fantastic ☺  Let me begin by introducing myself first! I am Prachi Maulingker Naik, a Fashion, Beauty and Lifestyle blogger based in Pune! 
Today I've come up  with a very useful and helpful blog for all those who are fighting skin issues in their late or early 30s! Well, with 30 being the new dirty, we ladies can't deny the fact that our skin needs extra care and attention when we hit this phase. Fine lines, open pores, wrinkles start to show up evidently and concealing them using makeup gets even more tougher and less feasible. Hence taking care of your skin in initial phases not just becomes crucial but also mandatory to avoid such problems later 😊
We definitely cannot stop our biological clock from ticking, nor can we stop these signs of ageing from appearing but with a little lifestyle changes  and basic skincare we can definitely delay them from appearing and trust me our skin will definitely thank us later! Hence this blog will feature a few skincare tips particularly for my girl gang who's hit this magical number 30, off course I'm also a part of this squad so let's do this together 🙌
Investing in a good anti ageing cream- 
Let's face this guys! We've hit 30’s and we no longer have that baby skin which repairs on it's own. We need to provide it an external boost in the form of a good quality nightcream/ night serum which would do it's job right! I would suggest using a cream/serum that has key components like vit  C, retinol, hyaluronic acid which are known to reduce the early signs of ageing in your skincare routine.

Hydrating your skin- 

I cannot explain how important it is to keep yourself hydrated. Not just for your skin but for your overall health as well. 3 to 4 litres of water is all you need to keep you looking young and heathy. Water flushes out all the toxins from your body thereby detoxing it and hence reducing skin issues. Trust me this is the best of all so do everything that takes to keep yourself hydrated! Green tea – 

Another magical drink that's a saviour to all your skin issues. Consuming 2 to 3 cups of green tea everyday keeps your skin heathy as green tea is very rich in anti oxidants. Also another thing that you can do is prepare a green tea toner and store it in the refrigerator. You just need to prepare your green tea how you normally prepare by dipping a tea bag in hot water and once it cools down you can pour the solution into a sprayer bottle and refrigerate it. This toner can go straight for 20 days to a month. Spray this solution on a cleansed face and let it airdry. Follow this step with a moisturizer to lock in the goodness of green tea!

Sheet masks- 

Originally sheet masks were a part of Korean skincare routine but now they are widely used across the globe and many beauty gurus highly recommend using them in your skincare routine! They add hydration to your skin thereby making it look soft and supple. They are available in the market and online in a wide variety or options right from jojoberry, lotus, green tea, cucumber, tea tree and so on.. Depending on your skin type you can choose the right mask and start using it 2 to 3 times daily. You would start seeing the difference in your skin right from the first week itself!

Facial Yoga- 

Not many would be knowing the importance of facial yoga but this helps a lot in reducing these signs of ageing. Facial yoga involves doing movements that would increase the blood flow to your face, thereby improving it 10 times more! As a beginner you can practice it daily for 5 to 6 mins by checking out the videos on YouTube. You would find tons of them. And the best part you can do it right in your bed! Facial massage as well does the same job hence you can try that as well provided you do it rightly to tap it's benefits!
